An amazing hospital in the Salt Lake City area is in search of a new Physical Therapist.
This hospital has earned numerous awards for units throughout their facility. In addition, this 100 bed hospital is accredited in many areas, but notably has a glowing record in their Orthopedic and Physical Therapy Services. This hospital has been serving the surrounding community for over 60 years and is part of a system that has earned multiple awards for collaboration efforts, quality, and patient care. The Physical Therapist will join an organization with an outstanding reputation in the community and across the state.
The Physical Therapist will be in charge of evaluating the patient's condition and developing individualized treatment plans for all patients requiring physical therapy. The hospital has a large emphasis on orthopedic surgery, so this Physical Therapist will be a crucial member of the team. In addition, the position requires collaboration and education of nurses and family members with continued exercises and programs to facilitate complete healing. The Physical Therapist will also be expected to communicate patient progress or problems to their supervisor, patient, families, and other team members to better manage care.
The Physical Therapist will report to the Manager of Physical Therapy and feel supported by a team of Rehab Nurses, Physical Therapy Technicians, and Senior Physical Therapists.
