This involves performing root cause analysis, management of the event reporting system, and systems review. This candidate will support high quality, safe care by evaluating systems and processing defined or designated confidential Patient Safety Information. They will also collect data via chart review, analysis, recommendation, implementation, trouble-shooting, and support for any given department and facility need.  The area in the San Joaquin Area is known for its breathtaking views of the mountains to the north and rolling hills.
