Reporting to the Dialysis Director, the Regional Dialysis Nurse Supervisor will oversee inpatient, outpatient, and home dialysis care teams. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment, evaluating staff performance, developing training programs, and implementing various quality improvement initiatives. The Regional Dialysis Nurse Supervisor will also provide direct patient care including administering dialysis treatments.
What’s Needed to Succeed :
- Registered Nurse RN license
- Progressive experience in renal care and dialysis setting
- Proven leadership experience in a nursing setting
