The RN Director Labor and Delivery will be responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and delegating the delivery of patient care to a defined group of patients during their entire hospitalization period. The hospital is seeking someone with great leadership skills to ensure staff is working efficiently and offering the best patient care possible. This position will report to the Chief of Nursing. The Director of L & D will oversee 60 full-time employees.
