The RN Manager ICU Critical Care will report to the Nurse Director of Acute Care. The facility has a strong culture of supporting and providing great care. The Nurse Manager Critical Care ICU will work with a tenured and dedicated staff of over 30 full time reports to keep the ICU with its 20 beds running smoothly.
The RN Manager Critical Care ICU will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the intensive care unit, from providing leadership to staff, making sure that patients are receiving the proper standard of care. Among administrative duties you’ll have, are the taking oversight of budget development and control, staff scheduling, evaluation, and coaching.
