As the RN Project Manager you’ll be responsible for managing a team of nurses who provide care across various hospital units. Your role will be crucial in ensuring high-quality patient care by overseeing staffing assignments, training, and operational coordination for the float pool. You’ll serve as a leader, mentor, and support system for your team, all while maintaining flexibility and adaptability in the face of ever-evolving hospital needs over the RN Float Pool, Crisis Intervention, and Nurse Supervisor teams.
Requirements :
- Acute Care Experience : At least 3 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Leadership Experience : Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate nursing staff.
- RN License : Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- BLS Certification : Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to think quickly and adapt to ever-changing situations.
- Strong Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with a variety of stakeholders.
