About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Leader to manage our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This individual will work closely with the Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) Patient Care Supervisor and the tenured Pediatric ICU Charge Nurse to ensure seamless operations.
The RN Manager will be responsible for educational programs, mentoring young nurses, and serving as a subject matter expert. Additionally, they will participate in hospital-wide committees for employee experience, patient satisfaction, and quality improvement.
