As an RN Psychiatric Assistant Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and providing direct patient care using the nursing process, all under the guidance of the Clinical Manager Nursing. You will also be responsible for implementing the Medical Center's objectives, policies, and procedures for your designated shift, ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, you will oversee all department activities, including patient flow, staffing, care assignments, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency.
The ideal Inpatient Psychiatric Nursing Supervisor will meet the following requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing (BSN)
- Two years of related acute care experience
- Prior leadership experience
