We are seeking an experienced RN Quality Director to join our team at a critical access medical facility in the heart of Wyoming.

This leader will oversee the implementation of quality improvement projects, monitor key performance metrics, and manage a team including the Manager of Quality Management, Patient Safety Officer, Infection Prevention, and multiple Quality Analysts.
In addition to managing regulatory standards and compliance, the RN Quality Director will provide oversight of the Emergency Operations Program to ensure swift and effective responses to emergencies.
Certifications such as Six Sigma or CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) will be highly advantageous in this role.
