The Nurse Quality Expert’s responsibilities include supporting nursing quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, leading and mentoring quality improvement initiatives, conducing audits, chart review, and data analysis, developing polices, procedures, and training programs, collaborating with staff, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams, and assisting in reporting, presentations ,and compliance monitoring.
