We are seeking a qualified Nurse Supervisor of Labor and Delivery Perinatal Services to join our Maternal Child Health and Perinatal department. Our hospital is part of a stable and growing healthcare system, providing patient-centered care with a focus on the sick poor and their families.

Nurse Supervisor of Labor and Delivery Perinatal Services

This role will work in collaboration with the Nursing Director of Perinatal Service to develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the delivery of nursing care services in units under their responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care services
• Ensure quality nursing care to patients and families
• Manage daily operations of the department, including productivity, competencies, payroll, and scheduling
• Assist the director with budgeting
• Pull into direct patient care and provide clinical expertise with vaginal deliveries and high-risk deliveries

The successful candidate will be supported by a highly collaborative team of well-trained and tenured staff. They will work in a busy and fast-paced department with a state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Center.
