Job Description:
An exciting growth opportunity has recently opened for a Nurse Supervisor to oversee operations of a busy Medical Surgical Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join an outstanding medical center and play an important role in supporting the clinical and administrative mission of the health system.
- Lead clinical patient care across two departments with about 30 beds, managing a team of skilled Med Surg RNs, including CMSRN Staff Nurses.
- Develop and codify standards and practices that keep this Magnet-journey nursing program at the forefront of the medical field.
- Serve as hospital-wide leader through participation in committees for employee experience, patient satisfaction, and quality improvement.
