The Senior Radiation Oncology Therapist will report to the department Director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing and updating radiation policy and procedures, assisting with quality assurance and improvement meetings, staff education, performing quality checks on equipment, monitoring maintenance and repairs of equipment, assisting with coordinating patient care, assisting with hiring and on boarding of radiation therapy staff, assisting with performance reviews and remaining up to date on radiation oncology billing. Individuals earning quick interviews will have graduated from an approved Radiation Therapy Training Program and have radiation therapy experience.
