The successful Senior Radiation Oncology Therapist will report directly to the department Director and be responsible for reviewing and updating radiation policy and procedures, contributing to quality assurance and improvement meetings, and participating in staff education and equipment maintenance. Additionally, you will assist with coordinating patient care, staff hiring and onboarding, performance reviews, and staying up-to-date on radiation oncology billing practices.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong educational foundation from an approved Radiation Therapy Training Program and relevant experience in radiation therapy.
