The RN Clinic Manager OR reports to the Senior Director of Outpatient Services and collaborates closely with a dedicated perioperative leadership team. This role oversees a team of highly skilled CNOR RNs, Techs, and support staff, working together to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care delivery.
The Perioperative department managed by the Surgical Services Clinic Manager handles approximately 3,200 surgical cases annually, encompassing Trauma, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Neurosurgery, and Cardiovascular procedures.
