Serving as a clinical instructor to the Surgical Services Nurses, the Surgical Services CNOR Nurse Educator must be readily available to provide their assistance and guidance during any pressing and/or critical situation.
The Surgical Services CNOR Nurse Educator must be a strong communicator who regularly informed regarding the care being administered within the various operating rooms, and must be able to highlight their team’s strengths, and pinpoint any weaknesses and provide the necessary training to address any matter. The Surgical Services CNOR Nurse Educator will be expected to educate and provide clinical insight to the entire operating room clinical staff including but not limited to nurses, scrub technicians, and RNFAs.
