The Hospital Surgery OR Nurse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily workflow operations, coordinating the OR and staff schedules, assisting with departmental budget needs, and implementing process improvement initiatives. The Surgical Services RN Coordinator leads a dedicated team of Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, and other support staff. Strong communication skills, multitasking, and adaptability are necessary for success in this role.
