**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team. As a critical member of our Operating Room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with surgeons and nurses to ensure smooth surgical procedures, and contributing to the overall success of our perioperative services.
Your primary duties will include:
- Circulating in the operating suites, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available
- Supporting pre and post-operation turnarounds, including preparing patients for surgery and recovering them afterwards
- Collaborating with unit leadership to develop efficiency upgrades and operational improvements, ensuring that our department runs smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
- Minimum 1 year experience as a surgical nurse or circulator
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
