Equipped with cutting-edge technology within the talent acquisition department, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be required to be well-versed in various technology programs such as application tracking system (ATS), Microsoft Office, and other web-based programs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must be familiar regarding the work being done within the department and must be able to highlight their own strengths and weaknesses to ensure all of their work is done in an efficient and timely manner.
