The Trauma Nurse Clinical Coordinator will report directly to their Unit Nurse Manager and will collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure that the department’s day to day operations run smoothly. They will also focus on implementing initiatives which support quality improvement and compliance within their department. This TNCC certified trauma specialist will provide expert guidance to their team in order to uphold the organizations Level 3 Trauma designation.
