Women's Services Director

We are seeking an experienced Women's Services Director to join our team at a critical access hospital in the Monterey Bay area.

This hospital has made a positive impact on the population it serves, providing outstanding care and quality services to surrounding cities and towns.

The Women's Services Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and lead a busy department with over 400 deliveries per year.

Responsibilities include overseeing the efficient and thorough care provided by nurses, staying up-to-date with current best practices, and collaborating with the CNO and managers to achieve operational and clinical efficiency.

The position also offers opportunities for staff development through education and quality improvement initiatives.

The Monterey Bay area offers breathtaking views, close proximity to downtown, and easy access to multiple cities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Nurse Director or similar role

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with the CNO and managers

- Experience with quality improvement initiatives and staff development
