A 100 bed hospital in Northwest Washington is looking for a passionate and skilled Wound Care Nurse to join their Wound Healing Center! This facility strongly holds themselves to quality patient care for each individual patient in a comfortable, modern, and wonderful setting.
The Wound Care Nurse will specialize in the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with acute and chronic wounds. This role requires clinical expertise in wound care, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
There are a few requirements to be considered for this opportunity including but not limited to:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current WA state licensure.
- Certification in Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing (WOCN) preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare team members and patients.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation practices.
