- Play a critical role in the patient care journey by ensuring laboratory specimens are properly processed, prepared, routed, and stored.
- Identify when corrective actions are needed and implement effective solutions.
- Work in a laboratory setting with biological hazards and adhere to PPE requirements.
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control processes.
