Job Title : Care Navigator & Benefits Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Navigator & Benefits Administrator. This unique position combines the responsibilities of a Benefits Administrator with the crucial role of a Care Navigator, ensuring our members receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing guidance and answering questions regarding their plan benefits, coverage, and eligibility.
  • Assist members in understanding their healthcare options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for members, helping them navigate the complexities of the healthcare system.
  • Utilize your expertise to help members find suitable doctors, schedule appointments, and obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare regulations and policies to provide accurate and timely information to members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of member interactions, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • LVN / LPN preferred by not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including eligibility requirements, plan benefits, and claims processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to members.
  • Empathetic and patient-focused approach, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
