Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our clinical research facilities conducting research in multi-specialty areas including Urology, Gastroenterology, and Psychiatry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical care and will provide exceptional patient care. This position would include leading a team of research coordinators and representing our company to Pharmacuetical companies.
This job would require going to all office locations in Pompano Beach, Boynton Beach and Miami Beach.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create effective treatment plans
- Recruiting, screening, and completing intake assessments of potential study participants
- Administer injections and other medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent patient care and customer service
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Work effectively in a team environment to provide high-quality patient care
- Maintain current certifications and licensure as required by the state
- Lead a team of research coordinators
- Oversight of administrative and regulatory departments
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an APRN
- Experience administering injections, drawing blood and IV infusions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Current certifications and licensure as required by the state
- Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
This job would require going to both office locations in Pompano Beach and Miami Beach, located at 333 Arthur Godfrey Rd. Miami Beach, FL 33140.
