What are the responsibilities and job description for the QC/QA Technician position at Clinical Resolution Laboratory?
-Check and review Batch Records and/or packaging records
-Timely maintain clear and accurate QC/QA records such as weighing sheet/reconciliation and test results
- Generate CofA, In Process Specification, Finished Good Specification: Physical test needs to be done and fill out the form based on test results from 3rd party lab.
· Operate/calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments, such as mixers, viscometers, pH meters, and homogenizers, etc.
· Send the test samples from raw materials, in process product and finished products for Microbial Test, Identity Test, Potency analytical test and follow up with 3rd party testing lab for timely receipt and test completion of such sample.
-Pull out annual retaining OTC samples and to-be-retested-RMs to be sent out to third party testing laboratories and follow up accordingly for test results.
- Monitor entire aspects of manufacturing/Packaging area via safety walk which include, but not limited to: Housekeeping, Personnel and Hygienic Practices, Pest Control, Calibration and Scale Verification, Logbooks, Signs, and Labels.
· Perform line clearance prior to manufacturing/pre-weighing and prior to packaging,.
-Perform inspection of incoming raw material, components, labels, etc and execute sampling, quarantining, releasing, holding, rejecting according to SOP.
· Other duties may be assigned as needed

- Cosmetic/OTC Quality Control: 2 years (Preferred)
- Cosmetic/OTC Quality Assurance: 2 years (Preferred)

- Batch Record Review: 2 years (Preferred)
