We are seeking a motivated and results-driven in house and tradeshow Sales Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of dermatological products and/or class I medical device (especially dental industry) sales experience and strong communication skills, with a passion for technology and business development.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and warm calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings at the various tradeshows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
- Assist customers and sales representatives with questions on products, placing orders, and shipping status
- In house sales for incoming calls and follow up calls from trade shows
- Order processing for online platforms
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, Live Chat, Google Voice, and emails that ensure ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Perform clerical and administrative duties in an office setting (i.e. take incoming calls, filing, etc.)
- Respond to Amazon, Walmart, and Website Inquiries.
- Social Media Revamp through posting on a regular basis on Instagram and Facebook or blog creation.
- Other sales/marketing duties & responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, inside sales, or outside sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with technical sales and product demonstrations is a plus.
- Strong skills in lead generation and business development.
- Excellent communication and outgoing interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Imbound sales and follow up warm calls from trade shows
- Trade Show participation as needed basis
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
