What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Clinical Safety position at Clinical Resource Network (CRN)?
Our clients are looking to fill the role of Director, Clinical Safety. This position will be fully remote.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as safety lead and manage safety strategy and areas of safety surveillance over a range of products
- Provide safety leadership over clinical studies, signal detection, post-marketing surveillance, and regulatory submissions
- Will serve as a member of the global product team and collaborate with various internal stakeholders across the drug life cycle
- Review and analyze data from clinical trials, post-marketing and other sources for signal detection activities
- Evaluate adverse event reports derived from clinical trials or post-marketing for accuracy
- Lead internal and external interactions from a regulatory and advisory perspective to ensure quality outcomes in risk evaluation of specific products
- Responsible for development and implementation of strategy and action plans for identifying and managing risks throughout the product life cycle
- Coordinate and oversee resources to produce high-quality safety evaluation focused documents
