Job Description
- Act as the legal representative at Promotional Review Committee meetings and apply FDA and company guidance to ensure compliance.
- Draft and negotiate contracts from pre-clinical to clinical stages, including distribution, managed care, and global R&D agreements.
- Review responses to requests for information arising from HCPs and other medical communications.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the life sciences industry within legal.
- Promotional Review experience and Contract development and negotiation experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional, Veeva, OpenSource, and SharePoint.
