A NJ based Pharmaceutical company is looking for an Senior Manager, Legal - Promotional Review & Contracts to join their team in this hybrid position. You’ll be onsite 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Promotional Review & Regulatory Review
- Contract Development & Negotiation :
- Responsible for overseeing contract development and negotiating with vendors.
- Develop, refine, and organize contract templates, standardized provisions, and guidance for all attorneys working on contract preparation to ensure all contracts comply with laws and regulations, and address potential risks and issues associated with contracts.
- Negotiate a broad range of critical contracts including Clinical, R&D, Managed Care rebate and patient support, and Marketing contracts.
