What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Manager position at Clinical Resource Network (CRN)?
Our client is looking to fill the role of Supply Chain Manager, This position would be hybrid and based out of the Livingston, NJ office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee organization’s supply chain, ensuring customer demand is met and budgets are adhered to.
- Utilize data analytics for supply chain operation efficiency.
- Responsible for creation and management of Master Data in SAP.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of purchase orders and demand in SAP.
- Manage development and completion of bills and materials for cost reduction efforts.
- Responsible for the resolution of SAP interface issues (Idoc).
- Collaborate with the Quality department to provide priority lists.
- Provide oversight of inventory in SAP.
- Work closely with 3PL partners to resolve discrepancies and oversee the destruction process.
- Create and maintain various reports for management (e.g. demand vs supply, inventory, freight cap, write-off and batch status)
- Resolve serialization (TraceLink) issues with CMOs, 3PLs, and private label customers.
- Oversee tracking of shipments under quarantine and manage all associated documentation.
- Responsible for creating and updating SOPs to drive supply chain process efficiency.
- Work with 3PL partners for tracking and tracing of shipments, as well as to provide forecasts monthly and annually.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience in a related role (Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain Business Analytics).
- Prior pharmaceutical industry experience highly preferred.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SAP and TraceLink.
- Working knowledge of IBP is a plus.
