Job Title: Customer Success Executive - Healthcare Education - Nashville TN
Executive is responsible for providing white glove service while developing long-term relationships with partnered health care organizations, focusing on contract retention and further financial growth. The Client Success Executive will work closely with Sales, Operations, and other clinical contractors to achieve corporate KPIs.
Specific Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent relationships with all Clients
- Grow and develop assigned contracts in accordance with the company growth strategy, roadmap, and forecasted annual budget
- Complete tasks to assure that projects are done on time
- Regularly find ways to build efficiencies
- Renew and grow Client contracts
- Answer any questions and resolve any issues the Client may have
- Inform organizations of any program updates and additions
- Take suggestions for improvements from the Client
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Client Success in efforts to grow, scale, and automate various facets of the organization
- Support the development of a Government sales pipeline
- Schedule and conduct quarterly business reviews with Clients to include necessary reports and presentations
Qualifications
- 3 years of work experience in organizational communications, client management, or program operations.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
- Sales experience a plus
- Knowledge of a customer relationship management (CRM) tool HUBSPOT OR SALESFORCE preferred
Education:
- B.A./B.S. in business or related fields, or equivalent experience Preferred
