Department Opening: Specials.
Position: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Location: 416 Mary Lindsay Polk Drive, Franklin, TN 37067.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT.
- Pharmacy Technician license in Tennessee.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- 1 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening process.
Duties include:
- Fill medication orders as they arrive throughout the day.
- Complete monthly medication expiration date checks.
- Fill blister cards as needed to ensure sufficient inventory.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all fulfillment tasks.
- Assist in shipping with packing orders in boxes, processing shipping labels, and verifying all totes were sent out at the end of the day.
- Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
- Keep workstation area clean and organized. Make sure trash is emptied and the area is free from any safety hazards.
- Responsible for maintaining Quality Standards to ensure specifications/codes are met.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Senior Production Manager.
