Minimum Qualifications:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and industry partnerships.
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.
- BA/BS degree in business development, sales, or another relevant field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
- Self-motivated and driven, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Initiative-taker who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive or similar role.
Duties Include:
- Build and maintain successful relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with executives on business strategy and objectives.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network with potential customers.
- Educate clients how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with clients and potential new customers.
- Partner with other members of the business development team in the creation and implementation of operation and strategic marketing strategies.
- Meet with leadership team to provide feedback and outline strategic development goals.
- Report progress to the executive vice president and CEO during regular leadership meetings.
- Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Vice President.
