As a leader in our industry with continuous growth opportunities, we are seeking a Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician at our Franklin location!
The Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician is in charge of carrying out day-to-day organizational tasks and facilitating efficient communication for the Clinical Services Department. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Clinical Services.
Shift Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday.
Location: 416 Mary Lindsay Polk Drive, Franklin, TN 37067

General Duties
- Answer phones.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence.
- Assist with creating report packages both narrative and graphical.
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
- Electronic Filing.
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Assist with client and vendor follow-ups daily.
- Assist with scheduling meetings/educational discussions.
- Data Entry in Pharmacy Software.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years administrative assistant or related business experience.
- Computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Power BI is a plus.
- Self-starter.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and CSP staff members (written and verbal).
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Language Skills:
Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
Physical Demands:

- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, walk and stand. Must be able to sit for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Occasional physical effort with light to medium objects. Occasionally required to lift objects 10-25 pounds.
- Able to reach, carry, finger, grasp and feel objects related to duties.
