Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is looking for ambitious, impactful, goal-oriented PRN Pharmacists to join our Pharmacy Team in Wichita Kansas!
Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is a mail order closed-door pharmacy in Tennessee that opened in 2004 and ships out 30,000 prescriptions a day to over 400 correctional facilities in 26 states.
Our Kansas mail order closed-door pharmacy location opened in fall 2023 and ships out 13,000 prescriptions a day. The Kansas pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.

Clinical Solutions offers the ability to work in a unique closed-door pharmacy setting and have a schedule that is conducive to work-life balance. In this setting, pharmacy technicians work closely with pharmacists to provide excellent customer service via telephone. Our desired candidate would be an excellent multitasker with the ability to enter orders in addition to communicating with our clients.
The PRN Pharmacist role will assist in the daily activities of the pharmacy, including the development, oversight, and monitoring of services, in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the Pharmacist in Charge.
The upcoming PRN Pharmacist shift schedule needing coverage is Monday June 24th, 2024, through Friday June 28th, 2024.

Essential Functions:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
- Monitor and manage the prescription verification and quality assurance process.
- Verify and review all pharmacy orders filled by the technicians.
- Review all electronic prescription orders that are put in the system.
- Perform prescription verification duties in a dispensing pharmacy to deliver superior patient care and customer service.
- Communicate well and maintain positive client relationship; including the ability to answer any pharmacist related calls from clients.
- Other duties as assigned by the Pharmacist In Charge.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with computers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid Kansas Pharmacist state licensure.
- Ability to think critically and problem solve.
- Ability to manage a team of Pharmacy Technicians.
- Prefer a minimum of 3 years' Pharmacist experience.
- Self-directed but also able to work well in a group setting.
- Work ethic that is focused, accurate, and highly productive.
Language Skills:
Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees and vendors.
Physical Demands:

- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
