Position: Pharmacy Technician - Full-time
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 9:30 pm to 6:00 pm

Competitive Compensation: The starting hourly rate is $20 for a Non-Certified Pharmacy Technician and $21 for CPhT.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Idaho is required.
- Prefer Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT.
- Prefer 1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable in attendance and job performance.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize, and prioritize to maintain productivity.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines, be flexible, and open to new processes or procedures.
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information.
- Possess the ability and initiative to plan and complete daily activities with minimal direction.
- Ability to maintain composure on the phone when handling calls from customers or vendors.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
Job Duties:
- Perform all tasks in a timely and economical manner.
- Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
- Assist other technicians by working with them to achieve daily production requirements.
- Follow all policies and procedures in the Clinical Solutions Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and Fulfillment Procedures.
- Assist in shipping with packing orders in boxes, processing shipping labels, and verifying all totes were sent out at the end of the day.
- Keep workstation area organized and ensure the area is free from any safety hazards at the end of shift.
- Responsible for maintaining Quality Standards to ensure specifications and codes are met.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
- Fill unit dose prescription medication orders.
- Continuously run the Automated Tablet Packaging Unit.
- Fill the canisters and trays with medications in the Automated Tablet Packaging Unit.
- Identify Unit Dose packaged medication orders that are not deemed 100% compliant to be given to pharmacist for review.
- Perform Unit Dose equipment setup, operation, adjustment, and minor preventative maintenance task.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by Management.
Language Skills:
Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job:
- May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day.
- May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.
- May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
- Finger dexterity to operate office equipment is required.
- May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion.
- Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
