Position: Pharmacy Technician.
Location: 7575 Cockrill Bend Blvd, Nashville, Tennessee, 37209.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT.
- Pharmacy Technician license in Tennessee.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- 1 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening process.
Duties include:
- Become cross-trained in all fulfillment departments, including Specials, Bulk, Fridge, Prepack, and Shipping.
- Perform equipment setup, operation, adjustment, and minor preventative maintenance tasks on the 500 machine.
- Must meet and exceed the productivity daily requirements in Prepack when operating.
- Verify all medications are placed in the correct handbook in Prepack for quality assurance.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all fulfillment departments, including Specials, Bulk, Fridge, Prepack, and Shipping.
- Keep the workstation area organized and ensure the area is free from any safety hazards.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Pharmacist in Charge.
