Department: Shipping.
Position: Pharmacy Technician.
Shift Schedules:
- Monday - Friday, 2pm - 6pm.
- Sunday (7am - 3:30pm) Wednesday - Friday 2pm - 6pm.
Competitive Compensation: The starting hourly rate is $20 for a Pharmacy Technician, $21 for a Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License.
- Prefer Certified Pharmacy Technician CPhT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be flexible.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
- Possess the ability and initiative to plan for and complete daily activities with minimal direction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while meeting production standards.
- Must be able to pass criminal and drug screening process.
Duties Include:
- Rotate through shipping stations for production purposes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment free from hazards.
- Shipping tasks include operating the sorter, staging, auditing, packing, and shipping.
- Rotate through various fulfillment departments, including LCA and Bulk, for production purposes.
- Ensure prescriptions are not damaged and inform management team if medications are not packaged correctly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Production Manager.

Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
Physical Demands:

- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- The employee is required to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
- Able to reach, carry, finger, grasp and feel objects related to duties.
