Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is a closed-door pharmacy that ships out 30,000 prescriptions a day to over 400 correctional facilities in 26 states. Pay: $18/Hour.
Position: Pharmacy Technician (Part Time).
Shift Schedule: Saturday 7am to 2:30pm & Sunday 7am to 3:30pm.
Location: 416 Mary Lindsay Polk Drive, Franklin, TN 37067.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting production standards.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening process.
Duties include:
- Fill prescription orders in LCA and Specials.
- Rotate through tasks for production purposes.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all fulfillment tasks.
- Audit and package fulfillment orders in the Shipping Department.
- Keep the workstation area organized and ensure the area is free from any safety hazards.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Senior Production Manager.

Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- The employee is required to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
- Able to reach, carry, finger, grasp and feel objects related to duties.
