Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Assessing patient / family response to care and reporting any changes to the RN case manager
- Applying appropriate nursing procedures and techniques to provide the best care
- Assisting RN and / or physician in specialized duties related to end-of-life care
- Documenting nursing observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and in a timely manner
