Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated School Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Pediatrics, with a strong ability to work with students of varying diagnoses.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to students, including administering medications, conducting health assessments, and developing individualized care plans.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday during school hours. The School LPN/LVN can also participate in field trips or work one-to-one with students as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality patient care to students with diverse medical needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with teachers and other staff members
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct health assessments and screenings as necessary
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student health information
