CSO is looking for a Clinician to work in our new Community Clinical Stabilization (CCS) unit in our CBHC (Community Behavioral Health Clinic) Emergency Services Program (ESP.)
Our new CCS program in Gardner offers clients a 3-5 day stay with daily assessment and counseling, case management, nursing support and peer support.
This position will provide clinical assessments and daily clinical check-ins to individuals enrolled in the CCS program. They will work as a member of the clinical team around admissions, intakes, and discharges.
As a CBHC ESP CCS Clinician:
You Will:
- Conduct intake assessments, create treatment plans, and have daily therapeutic clinical contacts with persons enrolled in the Gardner CCS program.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and stabilization to persons who seek services from a variety of settings including hospital step-down, community-referral, Crisis evaluation, and self-referral.
- Provide daily group treatment in collaboration with other staff including peers, nurses, and other clinical staff.
- Attend in-service trainings on evidence-based best practices and other topics as appropriate, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Receive regular supervision meetings and monthly staff meetings with the Program Managers

Qualifications
Your Background:
- Clinical Master's degree
- Post Master's Degree work expertise (preferred)
- Must be eligible for or hold highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline, LICSW or LMHC (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
