CBHC/FRC Clinician, Athol

CSO is looking for a Clinician for our Family Resource Center (FRC) in Athol.

The Family Resource Center (FRC) is a community based, family focused program that supports parents, caregivers, and their children from birth to 18 years old. The FRC provides linkages to community resources to help with basic needs, family support, therapeutic services and resources. We provide a holistic array of activities for families that include support groups for caregivers, playgroups, evidenced based parenting groups, school support, as well as arts, cultural, and recreational activities.

This position will provide direct and indirect mental health services to adults, children and families, with Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CBHC) and Family Resource Center (FRC) clients.

As an FRC Clinician:

You Will:

• Provide individual, family and/or group mental health therapy for CBHC and FRC-engaged clients
• Participate in development and implementation of treatment planning and coordination of care as appropriate
• Provide same-day and urgent care access to clients, and support services for transitions of care
• Provide education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate, and psycho-social assessments for assigned clients
• Prepare and maintain necessary records and reports
• Perform at a predetermined level of productivity
• Participate in team meetings, in-service training, and other required meetings
• Provide services in clinic-based, school-based or community-based outreach settings according to clinical need
• Maintain complete, accurate and timely records
• Attend in-service trainings on evidence-based best practices and other topics as appropriate
• Ensure record keeping and service delivery standards meet FRC and CBHC quality metric requirements, as determined by the CBHC contract and FRC grant
• Perform trauma informed intake assessments and complete CANS clinical assessments.
• Lead development of Family Support Plans
• Assist in referral to ongoing therapeutic services; lead on site groups for families and/or youth.
• Consult and collaborate with other professionals providing services to clients
• Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, in-service trainings, and other required meetings

Your Background:

• Clinical Master's degree
• Five years of relevant experience
• Clinical license (preferred)
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
