Description
CSO is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient Clinic in Greenfield.
This position will provide both clinical and administrative supervision to Outpatient Clinicians and Interns, and will participate as an active member of the agency management team.
As a Clinical Supervisor:
You Will:
- Provide emergency backup for cases of supervisees
- Provide regular clinical and administrative supervision for assigned clinicians
- Supervise other staff or interns as required
- Provide support to our walk in access for clients seeking services
- Provide bridging sessions or ongoing therapy as needed
- Help facilitate Grand Rounds on ongoing cases, and participate in our Child Consultation Team
- Participate in our daily meetings with program managers and directors, where we review and triage new cases for assignment and services.
- Participate in the hiring process or disciplinary action as necessary
Qualifications
Your Background:
- Clinical Master's degree with three years of experience treating adults and families
- Three years of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC OR LMFT)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
