CSO is looking for a part time, overnight Hospital Services Supervisor to join our team! This position is preferred to be in person with possible remote option. Must have the ability to attend in-person supervision and staff meetings.
This position will provide behavioral health services including consultation, support, assessment, intervention and discharge planning to individuals and families in the Emergency Department. The position is primarily based at the hospital and works to fulfill the requirements of the CSO contract with Heywood Hospital. The Supervisor represents CSO in providing clinical services and advocates for the behavioral health needs of clients.

As a Hospital Services Supervisor
You Will:
- Provide intake, psychiatric assessment services, and appropriate dispositions for clients experiencing a mental health emergency
- Assist patients/families through coordination of referrals and assist in resource linkage to maximize patients' abilities to be treated in the least restrictive setting
- Provide any documentation required by the Emergency Department to client medical record
- Seek external information to supplement clinical assessments. This includes contacting providers, family, friends and significant supports of the individual being evaluated
- Request expert consultations including supervisors, psychiatrists, hospital staff and CSO staff that are available for specialized consultation
- As hospital-based clinicians, HS Supervisors will intervene primarily in the Hospital but may provide follow-up care in the community.
- Facilitate admissions to local inpatient psychiatric hospitals following established procedures
- Complete all initial and ongoing credentialing requirements for those hospitals where employee will be providing services including obtaining required vaccinations, tox screens, and safety/health education competencies
- Maintain established hospital policies and procedures, objectives, confidentiality, quality improvement program, safety, infection control, compliance and environmental standards

Qualifications
Your Background:
- Clinical Master's degree (required)
- Clinical license or license-eligible
- Experience treating individuals with mental illness in outpatient, residential, crisis intervention, or psychiatric inpatient setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
