What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integrated Services Manager (N) position at Clinical & Support Options Inc?
The Manager of Integrated Services is responsible for ensuring full integration of CSO services for individual clients, including conducting initial intake assessments and triaging appropriately; will make appropriate internal agency and program referrals for clients as needed, maintaining an in depth knowledge of all CSO programs and referral sources; will also provide direct treatment services to individuals and families, and participate as an active member of agency management team.
Qualifications include a clinical Master's degree; independent licensure preferred. Previous experience in behavioral health strongly preferred. Knowledge of managed care insurance plans and community services. Good listening skills, ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight. Must be an effective member of a team and show demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, be detail orientated, and possess the ability to handle situations in a professional customer-service oriented manner at all times with clients, staff and external sources. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software.
