The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for supporting patient recruitment efforts for our clinical research clinic. Working remotely for approximately 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule, this role focuses on maintaining the clinic’s social media presence and conducting outreach to patient support groups, primary care clinics, and specialty providers. The coordinator plays a key role in increasing awareness of our studies and connecting with potential research volunteers.
Requirements : Responsibilities
- Manage and update social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook, to promote clinical trials and engagement.
- Develop and share content related to clinical research, patient stories, and study opportunities.
- Identify and engage with relevant patient support groups and communities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with primary care providers, pulmonologists, and other referring clinics.
- Communicate study opportunities to potential referral sources and interested individuals.
- Track and report on outreach efforts and engagement metrics. Reach out to sponsors to market the clinic and explore new trial opportunities.
- Review online clinical trial listings to identify and pursue new studies for the clinic.
