Marketing Specialist-Global Marketing Ops Project Manager

PURPOSE: Office-based role (3 days in office). Based in the RTP, North Carolina area, the Marketing Specialist, Global Marketing Ops Project Manager will lead efforts to execute highly impactful and engaging projects across the marketing function tied to an overarching Global Marketing Strategy contributing to achieving company growth goals. Function as an operational marketing project manager to create, implement, and oversee marketing and communications and marketing development curriculum programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a global marketing program management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage global marketing project tracker, implement standardization for project tracking, and manage RAG status with consistent communications to key stakeholders.
  • Project management of daily marketing and corporate communications from company stakeholders, aligning these with business goals, brand identity, and corporate culture.
  • Generate monthly project updates and RAG metrics for Operational Review PPTs.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely decision-making, effective communication, and program execution. Support stakeholders and accountability to meeting deadlines.
  • Outline and project manage a communications process for cascading communications throughout the organization.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for internal communication initiatives, collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure effective and integrated programs.
  • Provide direction on key topics, key messages, and speakers to ensure alignment with the overall communications approach for key internal meetings.
  • Write, edit, and proofread presentations, scripts, talking points, responses to employee questions, for VP Global Marketing, and executives and other senior leaders, as needed.
  • Manage the scheduling, logistics and coordination of key internal meetings.
  • Manage professional development calendar for the global marketing team and research to recommend marketing curriculum trainings for individual development planning.
  • Assist and track gap analysis to supplement and improve project management programs.
  • Develop, implement, and manage company swag stores globally.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, and all other international regulatory requirements with which Clinisys complies.

  • Validated exceptional written and verbal, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages and tone for different audiences, channels and formats, and excellent proofreading, spelling and grammar skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Seeks different perspectives and invites and weighs opposing views.
  • Proven ability to positively influence/persuade others.
  • Experience working with senior executives and C-level leaders, and understanding their communication needs and styles.
  • High level of creativity and innovation, with the ability to generate and implement new and original ideas for marketing and communications programs, marketing professional development, and curriculum management.
  • Demonstrate ability to drive results and problem-solve creatively.

Required Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, and/or Business Administration required.
  • 3 years of experience in project management of multiple stakeholders across multiple programs, specifically with consistency in achieving key metrics.
  • 3 years of experience professionally developing others and curriculum design.
  • 3 years experience in design of swag and spirit wear, and managing swag programs, for large populations.
  • 1 years in Board, Executive, or Senior Leader Communications.

Preferred Experience & Education

  • Master’s degree in Communications, Psychology, Marketing, and/or Business Administration.
  • Certification in Professional Development and/or Curriculum Design.
  • Experience in Healthcare and or Software Industries
  • Multi-channel B2B lead generation experience, desired.
  • Experience with SaaS and Cloud based solutions, desired.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $60,000 to $75,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Up to 10% Travel may be required.
  • Moderate lifting/carrying 15-44 lbs.; use of fingers; walking/standing 2-6 hours.
  • Exposure to hazardous materials or various weather conditions.
  • Travel to client sites that can pose risk associated with healthcare organization.
  • May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements.
