Purpose
Do you have a passion for traveling to client sites and helping them make a difference in healthcare by working with laboratories and their staff to accurately and effectively utilize our Products?
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will deliver implementation or consulting projects to achieve successful on-time schedule completion and client satisfaction. You will provide clients with mentorship and advice for workflow planning and drive the adoption of standard methodologies for the most significant customer return on investment. You will be responsible for performing contracted onsite and remote services for clients.
Essential Functions
- Consult pre-sale and post-sale with key stakeholders to ensure project scope aligns with contracted customer expectations.
- Conduct implementations / upgrades demonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of department procedures and guidelines.
- Guide the client's decision-making to achieve maximum efficiency using Clinisys best practice recommendations.
- Conduct training for the client as part of the overall implementation / upgrade process.
- Provide input to process improvements by monitoring both client and departmental feedback.
- Travel to client sites to install Clinisys software products following department procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the customer relationship.
- Resolve project issues or determine when escalation to senior staff or management is required.
- Collaborates with and mentors other Professional Services Consultants to expand own and others' depth & breadth of Clinisys product knowledge
- Effectively organize and prioritize project tasks to ensure timely completion of projects assigned.
- Complete other projects as assigned

The starting pay range for acandidate selected for this position is generally within the $75,300 - $101,300 annual base salary range. The successful candidate's actual pay will bebased on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the exact starting pay may be above or below this range.
